I requested a simple date change for my Aug 1 flight right after booking a week ago, providing flexible alternate dates between Aug 22–30. After over 10 calls and chats, Flightnetwork is stalling and demanding extortionate fees instead of assisting fairly.
Extremely poor customer service. Resolve this issue immediately or I will file a chargeback with my bank and report this to Trading Standards UK!
