My experience with Flight Network’s customer support was extremely disappointing. For weeks, we were repeatedly fobbed off with promises of an alternative flight connection. In the end, that promise was broken: suddenly, rebooking was no longer possible, and we were offered only a refund.

After all those wasted days, this does nothing to solve our problem. Instead of reliable assistance, we received contradictory information, empty promises, and no workable solution. I found the support incompetent and unreliable. A huge waste of time, unnecessary stress during our holiday, and a complete loss of trust in this company. I cannot recommend Flight Network.

Recommendation: don`t book with flightnetwork
