Flashbay I won't use them again

I didn't expect that after my research about this company, after so many positive reviews I fell for, I would be the one who had a bad experience.
I was a first-time buyer and put a correct address for delivery. Three weeks went by and I started worrying. I learned they shipped my order to the wrong address. I let them know about it, they apologized and said they would ship one more item. However, it's been 4 weeks since we last talked and I assume they shipped my order to the wrong address again, even though we checked everything. Don't know about the other people, but I will never deal with them again.
