Dell CA: A Nightmare Experience - Unprofessional, Rude, and Useless Customer Service
Dell CA is a complete disaster. I had a terrible experience with them from the beginning to the end. They kept delaying my order for a whole month, not once, not twice, but four times! It was a complete nightmare. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were.
The managers were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. It was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money. And don't even get me started on the customer service. They were completely useless. I felt like I was talking to a wall.
Overall, my experience with Dell CA was a complete zero. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and professional company, look elsewhere. Dell CA is not worth your time or money.
Expensive Dell Computer Fails: No Warranty or Service Provided
So, I got this Dell computer from dell.ca and it was pretty expensive, like over 2,500 bucks. But now, the battery is all swollen up and I can't even use it on battery power anymore. I tried to get a new battery from Dell, but they ain't got no service or warranty for me. It's a real bummer, man. I mean, I paid all that money for a computer that I can't even use on the go. It's like they don't even care about their customers or something. I wouldn't recommend buying from Dell if you want a computer that's gonna last.
