First Energy does not allow me access to my account to make billing payments. First Energy has never sent me billing information vis US mail or email. Calling company for customer service has only been resp0nded with "FAQs" no method to resolve a problem. My account may be in arrears and facing shut off of my residential electricity. I have no information regarding amounts owed our a direct access to pay. When going online to resolve I am prompted to submit a "Verification Code" that the company says is on my billing that has never been received. When calling customer services via their web page listing my call is directed to non-applicable departments. In summary, First Energy is the worst utility company I have ever encountered. Not with standing I have been a customer for past 6 years, never missed a payment, I am now in jeopardy due to their "new" billing system requiring new registrati0on by me which cannot be done via a newly implemented customer service system.
