Subject: Urgent Complaint & Legal Notice – Incident on July 22, 2025

Dear Branch Manager,
I am submitting this urgent complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Bullhead City Walmart location on July 22, 2025. I visited your branch to open an account and deposit a check issued by my mortgage company. Your staff used promotional language such as “zero fees” and “fast sign-up” to invite me in.
During the process, I was treated with extreme rudeness and hostility by your manager, who disrupted the account opening and ultimately accused me—in public—of attempting to deposit a “fake check.” This accusation was false, defamatory, and humiliating, made in front of Walmart customers and employees.
Shortly after, I was arrested at my home based on what I believe to be a false report from your staff. I was denied the opportunity to explain my side, and the officers claimed to have seen video evidence that I dispute. I am now facing court today, August 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM, to defend myself against these baseless charges.
As a result of this incident, I can no longer safely or comfortably enter the only Walmart in Bullhead City—cutting me off from essential shopping and services. This is a direct consequence of your staff’s actions and the reputational damage they caused.
I am formally requesting:
• A full investigation into the conduct of your manager and staff
• Immediate preservation and release of all surveillance footage and audio from July 22, 2025
• A written acknowledgment of this complaint
• Assurance that defamatory behavior will not be tolerated
Furthermore, I am initiating legal action against your company for defamation, emotional distress, and reputational harm. I urge you to take this matter seriously and respond promptly.
