Dear Bank,
One of your credit card sale`s agent is spreading misinformation and lies only to show his engagements with different customers that causes a big question mark on Banks reputation.
Shivananad Rathod with staff ID is "O14243" forced me by telling lie that I am eligible for credit card even I had got rejection in pre approval phase. but he lies that is the system he can see its been approved, a blatant lie.
I have whatsapp chat as prove please take strict action against these culprits.
