Myself prabhakar, I am holding a credit card issued by fgb, until it was with fgb service quality was desirable but since fab took over there service has gone worst. I had made several calls to fab 24/7 customer care to issue me new credit as as my current card has expired. Every time they are giving me excusess for delays. I would request fab team if you happen to see my message then please contact me on [protected] if you want to retain a regular customer.

Last November 24, I went to FAB Branch in Reem Island Boutik Mall to update my Emirates ID and Passport because my account was locked. A few days after I was able to use my card in paying my phone bill and purchasing online. December 15, i was trying to purchase some stuff in the grocery store, my card was declined. Now, I call their customer service asking why my purchases are declined. They said that account was locked and debit is restricted because I wasnt able to update my Emirates ID and Passport. Which I have done weeks before. I was not informed about this and that I never received a call about this issue. I have been calling FAB's Customer Service for the past 12 days asking for an update. They keep on saying that they will escalate this issue etc. But nothing is happening. I have no cash and my credit card is due on Jan 2. I was hoping this issue will be resolved before that date which I know this bank would not deliver since their promises of calling me to update the status never happened. I just want this to be over and done with. I can't keep on calling them every other day just to ask for updates. Especially their wait time is more than 30minutes!

I made my settlement Nov 24 in FAB umm alquine branch, with a promise that salary will be credit.
Salary credited Nov 26, nov 27 I visited the branch, as implied nothing to worry salary will be credited anytime.
Dec 4 visit again the branch, once again not resolve, daily visit with brach still not resolved, went to sharja branch still they dont know why salary is not credit to customer, visited main branch abu dhabi still could not resolve the issue.
Complain through phone banking done Dec 5, but nobody contacted me to give me final answer.
other bank is starting harassing me becues im not able to pay bills, as my salry was hold by FAB.

Please note that even after 3 visits to FAB customer support and performed all the necessities have they requested, I am still unable to make a cheque book request, error which appears follows. Kindly action immediately.

Just awful service, awful systems and awful staff behavior. Nothing ever works and it seems those poor employees are caught between so many customer complains and unsupportive infrastructure.
The bank is very slow in releasing loan . It's being more than 2 months waiting for funds after fulfilling all formalities.
I made several calls & complaints with FAB not updating
central bank - credit bureau (cb) that I have no liabilities.
since Jan 2019 I was cleared and until today Jun-19 It is still showing and FAB closed my case in May-19 indicating they have updated my record in CB, I have sent several emails atyourservice@bankfab.com still nothing was done.
I sent then many emails also called on customer service and asked them to provide m the cancellation status of the credit card Credit Card Number: 5242******8015, but they are replying at all. I need it very very urgently on my email registered with FAB.
unbelievable service, extremely poor. im regretting the decision to start banking with you. four days trying to contact you and no answer. is that for real. going to the branch and they say to call the customer service and customer service does not reply for four days. noway
