Firestone in La Habra did an oil change on my 2013 Mercedes C250. Next morning there was a puddle of oil underneath the car. I had it towed to Mercedes dealer and they found drain plug washer missing and oil still dripping. They also found oil throughout the entire engine. Upon inspection found oil filter damaged and spraying out oil everywhere in the engine compartment. When they drained the oil there was 2 quarts left in the engine which caused engine damage. My repair cost is $3500.00. I will go to court to if I'm not reimbursed. The dealer video taped everything for proof

Desired outcome: I want my Firestone charge deleted and compensation for engine oil cleanup and second oil change plus towing charges and engine damage. I will upload video after I hear from Firestone
