Firestone Complete Auto Care review: My rims were damaged when installed

I took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to Firestone in Hickory NC to get my new set of tires mounted, balanced, and put on my Jeep. I waited for 3 1/2 hours for them to complete the job. I came back twice to check on the status of my jeep. At no point did they tell me that their machine would mess my wheels up. If they messed one up, then why did they continue to do the others? Cory the service manager waived my $160.00 fee but that doesn't cover one wheel getting fixed. I take pride in my jeep, and I work extremely hard for what I have. If they would have been up front and honest with me about messing the wheels up, I would have waited and taken them to the placed, I bought the wheels from in the beginning. Also, the fact that I had to look over my jeep and they didn't tell me at no point that I had gouges in my wheels. By gouges I mean they are so sharp they will cut you. That is a bit upsetting to me. Now how can we get my rims fixed? They also, lost a lug nut that was RED. They didn't say anything about that as well. Overall, the experience that I have received is horrible. PLEASE HELP ME FIX MY RIMS
