Finrite Administratorsclaim ignored

I lost my phone and sent the documents. After several delays where they wanted to ask why i blacklisted the phone twice before (I had lost it but DID NOT CLAIM since i recovered it) 2 ladies one called kaylin de jongh and another Karabo Lebogo are competing to give me conflicting requests which i have in my email. I manage to satisfy both of them and send them all the documents they needed. Now i have sent 4 follow up emails asking if they still need anything as i haven't heard anything and they completely decide to IGNORE MORE. I am horrified, i don even know whats going on now
