i love elements credit union! they are so much better than any other bank i've used before. their service is top notch and they are super professional. i would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new financial institution.

I just finished paying off my car with Elements Financial Federal Credit Union. I've called them over 10 times to get my title, but they won't give it to me. If you want a clear answer, don't use this company. They'll transfer you around and pretend like they're handling your request, but they're just lying and acting like the problem is fixed. It's a pretty sketchy business.

I had a checking account overdraft by this company because they took my loan payment out twice for some reason. They also set up my account with automatic payments without my permission, so when I went to manually pay my loan from my checking account, they took out an EXTRA loan payment. Don't even bother with customer service, always on hold, and can't cancel a pending transaction for some reason. I'm done with this company after this month.

I just went through bankruptcy and filed on June 25th. I've been trying to get Elements Financial Federal Credit Union to remove all the remarks from my credit report for weeks now. I've called them five times, but as of today, they've only removed some of the remarks. I'm still waiting for them to remove the rest. It's frustrating to have to keep calling and waiting for them to do what they said they would do.
So, I was checkin' out Elements Financial Federal Credit Union's website on December 10th and saw an ad for a pre-approval for a car loan
So, I was checkin' out Elements Financial Federal Credit Union's website on December 10th and saw an ad for a pre-approval for a car loan. I was like, "cool, let's do a soft pull." But then, they went and did a hard pull on my Equifax credit report without my permission, which ended up droppin' my credit score by 3 points. I never said they could do a hard pull, and the ad was totally misleading. When I tried to talk to 'em about it, they just said, "sorry, that's how we roll." Not cool, Elements Financial. Not cool.

I got approved for a credit card on June 12 from Elements Financial Federal Credit Union. But, I still haven't received the card, which has rewards that expire in six months. I messaged them through the online portal, but no one responded. I called them and they said they sent a new card. But, on July 6th, I still didn't get the card. I called them again and they said the card was being sent. Today, on July 14th, I called them again and they said the card was held "due to waiting on materials." They said they could expedite the card for $35, but I asked them to cover it since they were the reason the card was held. They transferred me to an Elements representative. He asked about the issue and then decided to verify the account by sending me a text. But, I didn't receive the text and couldn't move forward with my request! After I hung up, I finally received the validation codes!

I had some trouble with Elements Financial Federal Credit Union. I couldn't go back to work because I didn't get vaccinated, and they wouldn't let me pay off my truck balance. They said it was too early to help me because of the epidemic. They ended up taking my truck and wouldn't let me pay the balance. When I went back to work, I was behind on payments and they wouldn't let me pay the balance unless I paid the full amount. They threatened to sell my truck if I didn't pay the full amount by 4/25. I think this is unfair, especially since I served my country. I even filed a police report about it.
