Finrite Administrators Cell phone loss

Yho what a service at fin rite. The way I am being treated I don't even wish one of my family members, my collogues and friends can join this kind of insurance and experience what I am experiencing now. I took up an insurance july 2020, they been debiting their money not even a single month I received a call from them complaining that they didn't receive their payment, last month I lost my phone and I did a claim. I went to foschini branch at n1 city cape town, the lady at shop said they no longer doing claims I must do it my self. I did the claim and am following up every day to check if the is any missing documents. No the is no missing documents the claim is waiting for approval. Its been 2 weeks full. I wrote an email to their complaints department boom no even 1 call from them... Now I really think this is a real scam... Am I really scamed for the whole year by fin rite insurance?

Desired outcome: I want my money back or the need to provide a excellent service as the claim they are giving it

Story of my life, you and me same WhatsApp group, sent in a claim, paid excess fee since 18 September 2021 but up to this day i don't have a phone, nobody calls to let me know what's happening, when you call them, they send you from pillar to post, guys kanti whats happening with this FINRITE thing. Why should we suffer like this, I regret struu

Finrite Administrators Vodacom Samsung contract

I have requested when starting a new contract of two years that I do not want accidental insurance. This was added to my contract for 7 months. To try to cancel this is more or less impossible.
My first call was 14 Aug 2021, I was on line for at least 15 minutes before someone could assist me. Then when she got all my detail (phone number too) and my request the call was disconnect. She didn't even phone back. I had to phone back and redo the whole scenario again to request the cancellation of the accidental insurance with again holding on again for at least 10 min. This lady promise me that it will be cancelled by end of August and not sooner.
After hearing nothing from Finrite I phoned again on the 18th of Aug 2021. Barbara helped me and said she could not find any request like that on the system. She said I should receive a sms to confirm that the insurance is cancelled. This took another 24 minutes to get help again with no assistance at all, as after a week I still did not get a sms
After a week not receiving anything I phoned again. 3rd attempted 23rd of Aug I spoke to a male, again could not hear his name. He said he can see Barbara has put the request in, but nothing has been done after that. Again he said a should receive a sms and if I don't I must phone again. Again another 13 minutes out of my life with no luck.
Today I phoned again as I have still not receive a sms. Kutnoano has helped me in 11 minutes and told me that the insurance for September is also on my bill. I was not a happy person.
This is very bad service.
Vodacom really needs to rethink their connection with Finrite.

Desired outcome: Want all months from the beginning of my new two year contract paid back.

Finrite Administrators Cancellation of insurance policy and credit

In March of 2021 my wife and I cancelled the insurance policy on the 3 Vodacom numbers we had. We received email notification that the cancellation was processed. Upon inspection of our Vodacom bill we noticed that we were still being billed insurance on all 3 numbers. The insurance a month totalled close to R600. The months of April, May, June, July and August we were charged insurance. In mid August 2021 we spoke to a consultant Thato who stated via email that policies were now cancelled and request for credit for the months billed was done. No feedback after that. Contacted Finrite on the 25th August, dealt with Mpho. Upon him checking the numbers, policies were still active. He cancelled and sent email confirmation of cancellation. He sent through request for credit. No feedback thereafter. Called Finrite on the 2 September, on hold for an hour. Got through to a consultant. Asked for a supervisor or manager to call me back. Still awaiting that call.

Finrite Administrators Cellphone

I made a cash insurance at krugersdorp Jet in 2019.
2018 june i made a claim, till today i still don't have that phome back or replaced.Last year i kept calling for query but no help, they kept saying they will contact me...when i go to the store, they tell me that the phone is not yet back with no follow up being done.

I ended up reversing the debit orders amd my insurance got cancelled but my phone was never returned.

Finrite Administrators Cellphone Replacement not received

I have filed for an insurance claim at JET Promenade in Cape Town on the 17/05/2021. I was told to wait for a call within 48 hours after paying the excess fee amount. This was on the 03/06/2021 but since today I havent received any call. All i have been getting is poor service from the call centre as I had been doing follow ups each and everyday. Please attend to this because I am using my phone for business purposes.

Finrite Administrators Credit Refund since October 2020 Unpaid by mid-July 2021

I still have not received credit that was escalated in December 2020, meaning that the complaint was lodged earlier. I have also been made to hold the line for 30 minutes (on 30 June), this is productive time that FINRITE will never compensate me for and that is unfair since the company continue to bill me long after I had cancelled the policy and my contract with Vodacom had expired.

Please assist.

Desired outcome: Refund of the amounts billed by Finrite and Vodacom's reconsideration of this service provider.

Finrite Administrators Cellphone claim

Finrite have the most horrible and rude call centres I have ever come across. They are not interested in assisting a customer, they are rude. Some even have a conversation with each other and laugh while the client is on the phone. They don't even have decency to put the phone on hold. Even their process of a claim is the most frustrating process I have ever came across. Their staff or call centre agents don't even respond to e-mails. I have been sending follow up e-mail for over a week to check the process, no response.

Desired outcome: I would an apology for being sent to pillar to post a simple thing as claiming for insurance and secondly I would like my claim to resolved asap. I can't wait any longer

Finrite Administrators Cell phone claim not processed by numerous email and visits to Vodacom Cresta Store

I do not have a claim number but my cell number would suffice. [protected].

My phone went in for repairs over a months and a half ago, It was heating up, didn't charge the battery and the battery was not lasting and I needed the screen and the back cover replaced as it cracked.

When I received the phone back, the gentlemen in the store charged it and was still heating up. I took the phone as I desperately needed it for work. I send numerous email to Grace requesting for assistance and asking for the head of complaints department but no avail.

Grace called me on the 25th June and said she was the head of complains, I discovered that she lied a few days later. She advise to take my phone in on Friday afternoon and that I would receive it back on Sunday 27th as I needed it for work. I went into the store on the 27th my phone was not ready.

I received an email on Friday 02 July from grace advising that I my phone would be replaced with an S21 and that I should pay the betterment, and that I could go in immediately . Keanu had previously emailed her to advise that I did pay an excess on the first repair . When I went to the store on Saturday, then they had an issue with my access I paid to Finrite that was not paid to Vodacom.

I then visited the store on Monday the 05 July and the same issue, Keanu desperately tried to assist me but could not get hold of Grace Mapeta, he tried calling the store Manager who was also not contactable for assistance. Why should I be inconvenienced, when the matter could have been resolved in the store by Vodacom and Finrite

Keanu, again tried to resolved the access issue today, and he printed the document for the replacement with calculated the betterment minus the excess that into account R360 I paid in. The betterment including the access was approximately R4400 . I then advise that I will come in. He then called me back a few minutes later and advise me that when he captured the agreement again the betterment /excess calculated has change to just over R5000. And that he is trying to find out why this is happening. What make it worse is that he was on a day off and personal came to work to assist, he will be off until Thursday 8th July.
I totally refused to paid that amount .

It is the 06 July and I am still without a phone, I am bitterly disappointed as there is absolutely no urgently or consideration given that I have been a loyal customer of 15 years. I would never imagine that customers are treated without empathy and are totally disregarded despite numerous emails and many visits to the store.

I will be logging this complain with the ombudsman. As far as I am concerned I should be getting the S21 without any betterment or excess fees paid in for all the inconvenienced caused. I have to stay logged in on my laptop to be avail myself incase of business calls where I cannot be reached, this is pathetic!

Desired outcome: I would like the S21 delivered to my address without a betterment or excess

Finrite Administrators Cellphone insurance claim

I have been trying claim for a lost cell phone since the 1st of July 2021, I went to Edgars store in Benoni to report, but I was give this number to call [protected]. I have called this number almost every day, but no one answers the phone, I am kept on hold for long. I went back to Edgars for help but they also experienced the same problem. I haven sent an email to Finrite claims department and have not hear anything from them, no response.

I will appreciate you help in this regard, I urgently need this phone to be replace since my son uses it for all his school work and is currently struggling without a cell phone.

Finrite Administrators Cellphone insurance claim

Good day

My name is Shané. I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer. I put in a cellphone insurance claim with JET stores in Baywest, and we have been struggling to get hold of Finrite for numerous days now. When myself and the consultants from JET calls the call center of Finrite then the call only gets picked up either between 30-50 minutes, and numerous times it was dropped in my ear which is extremely rude and unprofessional .
I have paid my excess fee for my phone, and now it is a mission to actually get a phone delivered to me. This is unacceptable as I have been paying insurance for the past 4 years and I paid money for a service that can't be rendered. I need urgent assistance please before further steps will be taken.

Finrite Administrators Device insurance

I was on a contract with telkom and my P smart had insurance taken on it. When I upgrade my phone to a Samsung note 10 the insurance was not transferred over to the new phone and I have been paying for the insurance on the old phone all along. My Samsung got stolen yesterday and they tell me it was not covered. I was not aware that I had to transfer the insurance over. I need assistance.

Desired outcome: I need for someone to contact me urgently stating what will the outcome be as I can't not pay for insurance every month and now my phone is not covered.

Good Day

My Cellphone got robbed in Randpark Ridge on 22 January 2021 then I immediately blacklisted it.

But unfortunately I had to leave the Province where the cellphone got robbed and went to the Northern Cape, so I couldnt report it to the police under 24hours nor a month because I only got back to the Gauteng Province in March and then reported the case at Honeydew Police station when I got back to the jurisdiction where the event took place.

Then I was advised the claim was declined due to me reporting it late but was asked to motivate the reason.

Finrite Administrators Laptop insurance

I have been trying to lodge a claim since the 10 March and up till today having gone to Vodacom The Glen and after being told that we will be called it still has not happened. I tried calling management but they are being protected the switchboard refuses to put me through to a supervisor or a manager. When one looks on the webpage for a specific manager all their emails are [protected]@finrite.co.za.What a joke. I think I should take a drive to their offices.

Finrite Administrators Jet Finrite

I took my cell phone to repair sometime early October last year, and later I got an sms notifying me that my cell phone was repaired and I need to pay access fee, I did and send the email but there was nothing from finrite or Jet so I called to find out I was given a new email I send the proof of payment and I did, after I got tracking number and they told me my phone is going to be delivered at home... Days past by and I didn't get anything. When I called I was told that the courier company was hijacked and they will replace my phone... But I haven't received anything from them even today

My phone fell and the screen broke, I've been trying to call finrite to book my phone for repairs but they never answered my calls
They once put me on hold for 2hours I can't even cancel my insurance coz they never answer
My phone has been broken for almost 3 months now and I still can't reach them
These people are scammers

I've claimed my cellphones at finrite insurance late December... I have the case no, I have the references I've blacklisted the cellphones, I've sent them all the document yet they dnt communicate with me. I've never even once received their call or anything. I feel like they're ignoring my claim. I still pay for something I dnt have. Finrite is not answering their calls I have been calling countless times and right now I really dnt know what to do. Finrite Administrators Telkom Insurance with Finrite

I cancelled my insurance with FINRITE in November 2020, I have still been billed in Dec 2020 and Jan 2021.

PLease can a competent person deal with this matter because no person seems to answer their phones or get back to me.

Rather I cancel all my insurance with Finrite
