credit report I see First Financial Credit Union put "charge off paid". I think they should take that off now since I already paid off the line of credit. Thanks.

I got a loan with code XXXXXXXXXXXX from a loan guy named ***. I reached out to *** home base and they said they didn't know anyone by that handle. They remotely put in $*** into my dad's account, but it was a fake check.

Horrible custr servis I've tried a bunch of timz to close my accounts and get my money, but it's bin a total fail. Even gavs em a copy of my drivr lisense like they askt. They used to take the funds out my account no problem for almost a year but now they say I gotta go to a brach to close it which is mad anoying cuz of COVID-19. They keep delaying and it's super unprofesh. Can't even touch my own money right now. Pls help me out.

I went to First Financial Credit Union for a loan, and was told I could get one if I bought a prepaid debit card, put money on it, and gave them the information. They said the loan money would be deposited in my account within five minutes. I did as they said, but they took my money and I never received a loan. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to pay more money before my loan would be approved. I never would have paid the $150.00 if they had told me that beforehand. The loan officers I talked to had names like *** and *** and they had numbers or badges or something. They sounded like the same person. I was told to call a number to get my money refunded and had to send photos of the prepaid card to prove I had sent it. They said I would get my money back and the money I put on the card after I showed proof I could make the monthly payments. I have a receipt and the card to show proof I sent it to them. The First Financial Credit Union is located at ***.

I want my munny bak frm the First Financil credit union. Fist, they came to my workplase Job fair to sell the savings account to peple with a high-interst rate for 14 months of installment saving account. I thot it was good to save a monthly to get lumps money after yer from the savings plan. That coz me to join to open on 08-23-2018 with them. I had been contacted by many peple on the phone to First Financial employees since 2019, but nobody returned my phone call to help refund my overpaid $*** in September . Furthermore, I requested the savings account to pay $*** for saving installment on my monthly installment. I asked to talk to the manager or supervisor. They never transferd to the manager or supervisor. Additionally, I already had paid the whole amount for school employees from XX-XX-XXXX to 09-30-2019 which is an installed saving payment of $*** every month I saved to my account to the First Financial Credit Union. They had received my overpayment for $*** because they sent another payment request that made me confoosed to make one more installment of $*** even though I already paid the September installment of $***. One employee called me she saved the overpaid $*** in a separate account temporarily. However, I overpaid $***, so she should be sent back my refund of $***. She never answered and one of the employees mailed the lumps money. He got my message when I called him I left messages so many times. They never called me back. I mailed all my documents to them, but they never responded to my letter with pictures documents. They had received my overpayment of $***. I called, mailed, left messages, and talked them to refund my overpaid $*** who sent the whole saved my money for 13 or 14 months without overpaid $***. They never called me back and did not help to refund my overpaid $*** and requested my savings statement recorded mail to me. I never received any messages or mail from them. They should refund my overpaid $***!
