Ordered monkeys in november for xmas...2017, got them, now out of the blue received two now in may 2018, did not order them, don't want them, will not accept them, will not pay for them, they came from china and once again they were crushed in the package, my email is [protected]@yahoo.com please respond may 29th 2018 joann ross

I ordered 2 fingerling monkeys for my 2 little girls on November 27 and I haven't received them I have sent this place numerous emails about my product but they have not returned any of my emails. That is the only way to reach them by the way at this point all I want is my money back but I'm not sure of how to go about getting that back thanks a lot

Scam! I placed my order on 27 november and have yet to receive it. I have sent three emails in the past week, no response to any of them. There is no other way to contact the company except by email. Looked up the address on google and it just looks to be an abandoned shop in a strip center in waco. Now when you go to their website all they have for sale is lol dolls. It still have the little pop up ads saying that joe blow just bout blah blah blah in wherever

They are selling these...Be careful they are used. They are placing them in ripped up packages and zip lock bags. They do not mention it on the website.
If they did, I would not be complaining. When you buy something and its obviously been used, You cannot give it to someone as a gift.

They arrived today 12/07/2017 Priority 2 day mail. I would like to return for a full refund.
Same thing I did, except I got FAKES. Counterfeit as seen on the news lately. Filed a dispute with my Credit Card company, AND emailed the contact us on the web site. Have not heard as of yet, and to top it all off, I ordered 5 and only received 4 FAKES. They should be run out of business.
