I just arrived in Vanuatu for a conference and my flight was from Nadi here (FJ263). I was transiting in Nadi for bloody 8hrs and 15 minutes plus 30 minutes of delay as per announcement. The second we were being told to board; the staff have JUST informed us that there will be only 22-26 baggage that will take by the flight due to the plane's weight restrictions. Upon my arrival in Port Vila, my suitcase has not been brought from Nadi.

The Fijian Airways staff did not consider their clients or customers in terms of;

1. envisioned the purpose of their customers' flying to Vanuatu or other places. Such as me, who travelled to represent our country in a regional conference but it has been ruined by Fijian Airways. Poor communication poor deliverance of services for the customers.

2. Poor Services again, of what could be a burden of just informing us that our suitcases will not be taken by this bloody flight?

3. If the plane cannot take the whole flight's baggage, why not arranging a separate plane to bring all the customers' bags to their destination place.

The passengers did not step back from paying expensive airfares but the Airline cannot fulfil the needs of the public.

Expensive but not worth it!
