This was an expensive order of Diwali gourmet delights for $52.92. The picture showed exotic dry fruit sweets but what was delivered was a generic box with 4 compartments and 4 packets of dry fruits stuck in them. I’m BEYOND DISAPPOINTED and embarrassed at what my clients have received.
I want an appropriate replacement sent but I believe my clients will be traveling and will be unable to receive the replacement :(((( in which case I seek a full refund immediately.
I am a long standing customer of FNP and have trusted them till this happened.
