Ferns N Petals review: Non delivery of order

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the extremely poor service I received from Ferns and Petals, which has completely ruined my wedding anniversary.
I placed an order Order ID:#69492563 & Sub Order ID:#6949256302 from KSA to be delivered to my wife in Kolkata, India. Immediately after placing the order, I updated the receiver’s mobile number (please refer to the attached email). Despite this, I received a notification stating that delivery was attempted and failed. Out for delivery email showing that Number update earlier. (refer to email timing)
Your customer care team did not update the mobile number, and as a result, the delivery partner repeatedly called the wrong number, eventually returning the order. Only after I updated the number again did one part of my order (the flower bouquet) get delivered. However, the cake was never delivered, which was an essential part of the surprise.
This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.
To make things worse, your customer care representatives—Deepak, Pooja, and Tarun Chauhan—refused to take responsibility and simply told me the order would be delivered the next day. This is completely unreasonable for an anniversary gift meant to arrive on the special day itself.
I am shocked at the lack of coordination between FnP and your delivery partner, as well as the complete disregard for customer instructions and emotional significance of the occasion.
Because of FnP’s negligence, my wedding anniversary was ruined.
I trusted your service for an important day, and you utterly failed to deliver—both literally and in terms of customer support.
I request immediate action on the following:
An explanation for why the updated contact number was never passed to the delivery partner.
An immediate resolution or compensation, as the item delivered late holds no value for the occasion.
Accountability for the customer support team who provided misleading and unhelpful responses.
I sincerely hope FnP takes this matter seriously and ensures no customer goes through such an experience in the future.
