Scam... This company is terrible and steals your money. I did what they were supposed to do for free and faster. I tried to cancel right after I clicked enter, but they refused to give me a refund. Avoid doing business with these dishonest people.

Scammers who trick people into believing they're dealing with a US Federal Government contractor. They have small print that says they're not, but it's not on the pages you'll be looking at when you fill out the forms online. On the pages that have it, it's small grey print on a grey background, placed where it's only visible if you scroll down past a lot of other text.

I paid for a service and no forms were processed and I was charged 62.00 for a service that costs 9.00 with NYS DOS.
I ain't happy with the service I got from Fast Filing LLC. I paid 'em some money to get my forms processed, but guess what? They didn't do it! And to top it off, they charged me a whopping 62 bucks for a service that only costs 9 bucks with NYS DOS. Can you believe that? It's a total rip-off, if you ask me. I'm definitely not gonna use their services again.
I never received my resale certificate
I never received my resale certificate. They asked me for more money, saying they deactivated it. My bank never received any money from this company for a chargeback. This was really important to me, but they won't send it out. They refuse.
