They don't answer questions. I paid too much and they won't talk to me or give me my money back. Seems like they're trying to scam folks. I say stay away from them.

I did my Tax extension with InterSearch Tax Solutions, Inc
I did my Tax extension with InterSearch Tax Solutions, Inc. on 04/10/2022 and paid $29.95. They sent me an email saying I could see my extension papers by logging in, but I can't. I can log in, but the site doesn't show my papers or that I paid and filed them. I tried to contact them, but no luck. I'm worried I got ripped off. The Tax Exemption Confirmation number is - 4868-21-[protected]-275799.
