I haven't received my 2 orders.

I keep getting a generic response that it's due to the warehouse move.

I don't buy it. I bought my daughter clothes as well twice in the last month at the same time.

She received both orders with no problems and we live in the same household. And the payment of method were all made by myself

How is that? I'm not interested in a refund or credit I want a human to look up my order. And contact the distributors and provide more concrete information
