I placed an order for a dress on December 20th, with the expectation of receiving it within 3-5 days as advertised on the Saledress website. However, it is now January 25th and I have yet to receive my dress. Despite emailing their customer service team multiple times, I have not received any clear indication of when I can expect to receive my order. While their clothing items do look appealing, the lack of satisfactory service has left me with a negative impression of Saledress. I will not be making any future purchases from this website. It's a shame that their service does not match the quality of their clothing. I strongly advise against buying from Saledress.

So, I was browsing saledress.com and saw all those 5-star reviews that said the clothes were true to size. I thought, "Hey, that's great!" and ordered an outfit in size XXL, even though I'm a size 16 in pants and 5'7. I figured it would be a little big, but that's okay because I have a sewing machine and I really liked the outfit. Well, let me tell you, I could barely get my leg in it! It was way too small! I was so disappointed. I ordered another jogger in XL and it fit okay and was the right color, but I'm still not happy with my purchase. I submitted a return request, but I haven't heard back from them yet on how to proceed. Their return policy is not very customer-friendly, if you ask me. I'm used to shopping at Macy's and Amazon, where returns are easy and hassle-free. I don't think I'll be buying from saledress.com again.

I also tried to leave a review on their website, but it never got posted. All the reviews still say 5 stars, which is really misleading. I don't think it's fair to trick customers into buying clothes with fake reviews. So, if you're thinking about buying from saledress.com, be careful and don't believe everything you read. One of the joggers I ordered was true to size, but the material was really cheap. I only paid $10 for it, so I guess you get what you pay for. But still, it's a red flag that my real review wasn't posted and I haven't gotten my refund yet. I've included some pictures of what I received and what I was supposed to get. The item looks better in the picture, if you ask me.

Saledress is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them and their fraudulent website. I ordered two sweatsuits from them and immediately noticed that there was a promotion for new clients that was supposed to give me a 20% discount. However, I only received a 10% discount, which was the first red flag.

The second issue was that I received a return item from another customer. This was very disappointing as new items are supposed to come from the international warehouse for this international company. It was clear that they did not respect their customers and operated fraudulently.

The third indicator that this company is not trustworthy is that they lied to me about producing the other sweatsuit. I was only delivered the return item from some other customer. It has been almost a month now, and I still have not received the second sweatsuit. The sequins sweatsuits are poorly made and cut into my skin. I have not received a tracking number or confirmation that the second sweatsuit has been made and shipped.

I keep getting emails from zoe(at)saledress.com, and she keeps quoting a 3 to 5 business day and 7 to 14 business day policy that has long been exceeded. I still have no product, and they refused to give me a refund. The quality of their goods is poor, and their customer service is nonexistent. It is a company out of China, and if there are any problems with your order, you really have no alternative.

I am still fighting with them, and it was super cash app just to return my money for the other half of my order that I still have not received. Saledress is a company out of China that scammed me and took my money. Beware of Saledress(dot)com.

I order over 50 items I only received 12 since December and 6 of them i didn’t order I’m opening up a new boutique and was going to use them as a vendor
