Seriously??? I have been emailing back and forth for WEEKS and keep getting a generated response because it is the same EVERYTIME. This is RIDICULOUS. I need to speak to a supervisor about this matter as soon as possible. I have had patience up until now. I returned over $100 worth of items that didn't fit my daughter. From the tracking, it was received at 7:10pm on July 31st 2018 by an agent at their warehouse. I was told that there was a delay in the return department. I have sent my order number, tracking number and a photo of the receipt from when I mailed the package MULTIPLE TIMES. The last customer representative told me that I would receive my credit in a few days and that there was a delay in the return department. Now I'm being told there's no record of my return at all!!! I list the order numbers, tracking number and attach the photo and no return credit still. When am I going to get an actual answer??? This isn't how a business should be run. I order from them a lot and I've never had a problem. I am really losing my patience and extremely annoyed right now. I'm pretty pissed off and need an answer. I can't keep doing this back-and-forth without having anything resolved. You return items and the company just disregards your return credit?

    I returned swimwear that I received Damaged and was told I would get 10.00 postage also the item was returned 7/21/18 and recv'd 7/23. I have been going back and forth with these people telling lies about backlogs since July. Order#18112113. please issue a credit
