I placed an order for the first time on November 26. Payment went through, and the only email I've received is one about the order and payment being confirmed. It is now December 4, and I have still not received my item nor an email stating that it has shipped.

I order the dress for my office holiday party for this Friday Dec 7 and now I'm out here looking for a new outfit ( which I don't have time to do) because clearly I will not get it on time.

I will NEVER do business with them again. And I want a FULL refund. This
