I did not receive your call Friday as you said they would have this policy bonded for me. We now have a hurricane upon us tomorrow and this is not resolved as you said IT would get it bonded. Instead you had the wrong house said being bonded and fixed. This is now an emergency issue do to the hurricane! Farmers Insurance has put me in a very dangerous position with this error! You say I’m still covered corporate has my account noted! Corporate needs to fix this today and have it bonded intact! I have never been put in this predicament from any other insurance company! I have been more than enough patient now! Your company made it difficult to go and get another insurance company due to the fact farmers insurance shows I have no insurance! When in fact I was told by you I am covered and corporate has that in their notes! Your company has left my home and myself vulnerable to all emergency situations!
Find someone in corporate chain of command to have my policy fixed today! Tomorrow is a hurricane!

Good Afternoon Sean
Just following up on any news about my home owner’s insurance policy? Has IT fixed the issue that caused this problem and fixed my homeowners insurance back to reinstated that they cancelled yet? This has been going on now from 7/25/23 and it is 8/21/23 lacking 4 more days it will have been a month of waiting for this fix! I understand you have no control over IT but surely it should not take a month of just opening up another policy with all the information you already have?
Please give me some information regarding to this issue. Don’t understand why you just don’t write up another policy!

Desired outcome: My insurance policy renewal fixed that corporate canceled in error!! IT department issue!!
