I have done business for over several years. They have always taken credit card payments. Now, they want payments by wire.

First time order was FLAWLESS. My order shipped and was received two days later! Customer service is attentive and very helpful.

I made 2 separate orders through govtmint. They were back orders. I went online 2 weeks later to check status of the order,just to find out they had been cancelled . I was never notified .I called.Govtmint and they told me the vendor has cancelled the order. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have known.

I ordered 20 coins from GovMint. 19 were beautiful, but one had some markings. At first I was a little frustrated, but they took care of me with no cost return and a replacement coin. Glad to know I'm in good hands with GovMint and look forward to buying from here again. I appreciate your excellent customer service.

I just got my May Car and Driver Magazine with an ad from Govmint advertising 2020 American Eagle Silver dollars. I went to order through their website but the offer code was listed as invalid. I then called them and they claimed that the pricing was no longer in effect. I would NOT order ANYTHING from these people. STAY AWAY.

I am done with this company. Did not send what was advertised. G4 coins should have a readable date... two of the 5 coins did not. 23 buffalo Nickels with a variety of dates... yea.. 23 nickels with all the same dates. yea if your not happy you can send them back.. but what a hassle... and they should send what they advertised... bad business.

Not a good outfit to buy coins. Placed an order of about $200, and was told after 48 hours it got cancelled. Listed "many" possibilities as to why it got cancelled, none of which could have applied to me. This is a company that would like you to believe there are part of government, nut there are not. It would be best for you to stay away from these guys. Howard

Hello I live in Kansas city area and i get the Kc Star paper i saw the ad for American Eagle Silver ..The ad read This is the End ..low as $31.25 ..ONE COIN STARTS AT $32.74..on Monday silver spot was at $25.82 and Tuesday it went down to $25.32 this is the lowest price in 68 days .They could still make $7.42 a coin that's like more then 22% and i had 3 different people call with 3 different times and 3 different prices ? They told us that they make ad's 2 or 3 months in advance why would they do that ? JOHN M

They won't leave me alone, keep calling me and bothering me at work. I asked Mark M to stop calling me and trying to sell me stuff, but he would not quit. So, I got nasty with him and Mark made a note in my file that says I was rude. I went to make another order with a different salesperson, and he told me about the note in my file and hung up on me. So, I went to a different bullion dealer and made my purchase. I will never ever do business with GovMint.com again. If I want to order stuff, I will call you. You don't need to call me three times a week.

A month ago I purchased a 1957 $1 Silver Certificate VF. Received an email this morning asking me how I liked the certificate.. I emailed my response I never received my item and gave them a negative review.. Not even 15 minutes later I get a response "Hello . We are still waiting to receive these from our vendor and currently expect them to ship 9/30". In response, I clarified that I would never do any kind of business with them again! And, it would have been nice if you communicated with me to let me know about the Item I ordered . Never do business with them again!

Dee Like many have already stated on previous reviews. This company definitely have dubious business practices at the very least. I made a purchase fro some coins at a very good price only to have such purchase cancelled without my knowledge. Not at any time did anyone from the company reach out to explain the situation. They have all my contact information including phone number and email and I received no correspondence about the reason for the cancellation. I suspect like many, when they are going to lose money on an order or can get more for selling to someone else they cancel orders. But in the meantime they have all your contact information to try and sell you items you are not interested in. Be very careful.

I have learned over time that they can not be relied upon . Sales rep doesn't return calls . Ads sent to me after calling in on availability of certain coins told sold out five days later get a email saying it's available? Still shows available on website .? This isn't the first time I have bought a few to me high $ silver coins but feel treated as if it's not good enough I'm not important to there business . I have taken my $ elsewhere all the new eagles have been bought at competition. Why service pricing and general lack of caring or effort to obtain coins for me lack of response from sales team and not even knowing there own inventory. “We do millions of dollars in sales it's hard to keep track of what we have ? “ had that answer more then once disappointing.

Awful company, customer service, Do Not Buy from Govmint.com. Place an order on March 4th. $359.80 Govmint made it know that it is in backorder for 1 month. At the end of April, I called and ask about the order, someone in customer service told me that it's still in backorder. Called back on June 2. Talk to Linda she said it's canceled. I ask who can I complain about this situation. She just said tuff no one will help you, not even the company will try to do anything. She does not care nor understand the importance of why the product is purchase. Imagine this in the futures market, you buy the product, you expect to pay a certain price, and then when you ask for delivery they say sorry we don't have that product or we cancel your order without telling you. The SEC will be on that company immediately. Something had to be done with Govmint who promise a product that was paid on time, and not delivering. I require compensation of time $400.

I have ordered many legal tender silver coins as well as reproduction bouillon silver rounds and other specialty bouillon rounds over the course of a few years from GovMint. I have received excellent and beautiful products within a reasonable amount of time. With the unique circumstances we have all faced in this crazy corona year of 2020 including a run on silver buying by the general public, I have had only one order placed on backorder so far this year. After a few weeks, I received a postcard telling me that my order may still not be available with the option to cancel. I elected to cancel by calling the company. A very nice gentleman cordially cancelled my order. I informed him that I decided to place a new order online for silver bouillon items designated as "in stock" versus "available to order", the latter of which indicated to me that a backorder was likely. I was thrilled when my "in stock" silver rounds arrived in less than two (2) weeks. They are beautiful as I have grown to expect from this company. They have never let me down and I intend to continue to order silver from GovMint. I have recommended them to others. KMS from Hoosier Land

I have made a couple of purchases from this dealer before so i knew they were ok. In the past ive used codes on their website to make a purchase. So i tried to make a purchase for a 2020 AGB. I wanted this coin and i used a code they provided through their email promotion. Well, the code is still working past the exp date, and ive used it legit to make a purchase just 2 days prior. So for the AGB i selected bank wire as form of payment to get the absolute best pricing on this purchase. So the Monday after i called them on the phone to make sure that everything was going to go through at the price with the discount code added and the bank wire discount. Well they told me no, they wouldd not sell at that price and i have to pay full price. So i complained and obviously their terms of service and agreement to sell is meaningless because they did not honor it. They should have their ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation removed for not following through with a contract to sell. I have the original receipt from the sale as proof. Business like this should be held to their own terms and contracts they try to enforce on customers. In my mind it should work both ways. I have an agreement to buy at a locked in price according to THEIR website and checkout system.(which doesn't process ACH or eChecks like other dealers) They should honor the contracts they issue.

When I retired (US Military War Veteran) and returned back to my home in WV, I found an ad the 11th April offering Silver Eagles at a reasonable price, moreso than what I could find at any local or other online bullion dealers. I placed my first order at this time. Since that first order, and unto today, I have ordered a total of 168 gold and silver coins from GovMint.com. Each Order is very carefully packed and per my request, securely shipped to my Post Office for me to pick up in person. All of the coins that I have received as of this date have been PERFECT! Not one issue with the coins at all. I especially like how I can also speak to a sales agent and make special request for a gold coin date, and if they find it in their vaults, they send it to me. Also, the staff at their Vault are my EYES you could say and as of this date, they have done PERFECT! Each gold or silver coin I have received is Perfect! I have read some of the prior reviews, and I must admit, I was taken back at such experience, as that has not been my own experiences when dealing with GovMint.com. True, some of the Sales Team members do speak with a strong tone voice, but that is something I am use to, being a War Veteran myself, I too speak in such a manner. I just marked such up as a bit of a Dialect is all. Our nation is rather large, and I have dealt with people from everywhere, and each region does have their own manners and dialects; but, as long as they are professional, the tone of voice does not bother me. Also, the Buyers own Precious Metals Knowledge counts as well too on what they will experience when dealing with ANY Online or LCS local store... The more knowledge one has, the better the experience. I have been obtaining such coinage since 1983 and as such, when I am ready to place an order with GovMint.com, I am very Direct and to the Point on what I want, and they supply it. That is all I can ask for in the end, and I am very happy. Another thing that threw allot of online Bullion Dealers crazy, is when each state began collect Sales Tax. At first, GovMint.com was still working on setting up their systems, however, they wanted to charge me a State Sales Tax. I submitted to them a copy of our State Code, exempting Precious Metals from all form of taxation, as well as spoke with our state Senator who was the author of the Bill, and provided his direct personal contact info to GovMint.com so that their Legal Depart could correct their records. GovMint.com Thanked me for the information and updated their website, exempting such taxation, when it was not required per our state laws. Basically, I view ALL online Bullion Dealers as having to deal with people from all over the nation, as well as trying to conform to each individual states laws and policies; which can be crazy at times. However, GovMint.com was very open to receiving the data I sent to them so that they could update their software ASAP. I "DO" and "CAN" recommend GovMint.com. I have been very pleased with all of my numerous transactions with GovMint.com as this date. Thank You, Michael of WV
