Garnished Bank Account During Chemotherapy
This company garnished our entire saving account the week of my wife's CHEMOTHERAPY treatment. They sent letters and correspondence to the wrong address for 3 years. We never received ANY communication to have the chance to set up a payment plan. 2 months after she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lymphoma, they garnished our savings account and refused to work out a plan with us. Now we can't afford the deductibles and copays for the treatment and don't qualify for financial assistance.
This company would rather let my wife suffer die of cancer than allow us even the CHANCE of a payment plan. Shame on you.
