Fantastic Sams Cut & Color review: Customer service / environment

When I walked in the store on Sunday around 2:00-2:15pm, August 29, 2021, Patty (hairdresser in front right chair) barely acknowledged me as I signed in, she was too busy screaming across the store to another family in a different language. I had to step out to grab my phone, when we walked back in, there was another family that arrived after me was getting their hair cut. So, I did what any human would do, I asked how long before you call my son name? Flustered by the question, Patty starts asking for people's name so they can be crossed off. The other family never signed in, yet they walked right in. Once Patty understood the issue, she started accusing me, as if getting my phone from the car somehow removes my position.

Here's where it gets complicated. Since I didn't appreciate the attitude towards me, I was saying ok and proceed to walk to scratch my name off. As I'm walking to sign the sheet, another mother was telling her child to get out of chair so my son can get his hair cut, I politely said thank you but no, thank you, I just wanted to know how long. Patty comes from behind the counter and grabs my arm and is trying to pull me to do hair. Her grabbing me was the last straw. I simply wanted to take my son somewhere else and just scratch my name off. At this time, Patty's attitude towards answering a question made me very uncomfortable, just thinking about her having shape scissors near my son's head. Since Patty is grabbing my arm with no mask on, I said to her, "I don't feel comfortable letting you near my son with shape scissors."

A stranger on the street can't grab or touch you, hairstylists should be held to the same rules. Let's not forget that my 6 year old can't be vaccinated yet, so I can't have an unmasked person around my child. Company claims it would be following CDC guidelines and having a masked environment for kids. The sign on the front door said wear a mask, she wasn't wearing a mask.

I can't begin to count the number of violations this location has, someone should really review their camera footage, it will only take one day to see the crazy amount of sanitization / COVID violations, this is extremely dangerous for families with children.
