Fantastic Sams Cut & Color review: Hair styling service/stylist

I went for a wash and roller set. The stylist - Ka’Shonda washed my hair very fast and said she would do a deep conditioner for free while I wait and she put a relaxer in another guest’s hair. While I waited my my scalp was itchy being that she did not do a thorough job washing it. When she came to rinse out the conditioner, I told her it was itching and she washed it again using a Tee Tree shampoo. Then she began to set my hair. She sprayed leave in conditioner. I told her I don’t like leave in conditioner cause it makes my hair heavy. I only use setting foam. She said Design Line very light. She asked the color rollers I use and I said mostly red and some purple and I showed her a pic from my last visit 1/13/2022. It took her about 5 minutes to put the first 2 rollers. Then the other guest said her scalp was burning from the relaxer. She went wash her hair. When she returned to me, my hair was getting dry and she continued to roller set it. She then said she needed to re roll some of the rollers cause her sections weren’t right. It’s was obvious she was struggling. By the time she finished setting my hair it was 40+ min - too much time. She sat me under the dryer and 15 minutes later, big rollers at the bottom falling out and hair was dry and straight. She used wrong rollers for my short lengths. I then started trying to set my hair and wet it again with foam etc. I even went to the restroom and put water. I got soo disgusted. I told her I would pay for the wash and was going home or elsewhere to get hair done. When I removed the rollers, my hair felt a little heavy and sticky due to the leave in conditioner and my hair was straight and dry in other places where the rollers did not fall out. It was 1:55 when I left. She did not charge me but my time, other guests and hers was wasted. I will look for other online platforms to file this complaint and share my pics. Thanks.
