I used the refer a friend promo with my fiance. As soon as she placed her first bet, which won a total of $550, not only was her account "suspended" but mine was as well. They request pictures of our bank cards, drivers licenses, and a picture of each of us holding a piece of paper with the date on it (like we are hostages)
When all of this was sent, no reply via email for now over 10 days...when either of us go on the live chat, they BLOCK US from even speaking to them.
I have no idea how a company regulated under the AGCO in Ontario is allowed to treat their customers this way. They have $550 of our money LOCKED UP, seemingly with no resolution in sight. How are they allowed to operate without a PHONE NUMBER you can call to speak to a real person.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my entire life.
