I emailed customer support, I included both my order number and zip code and was told my order was unable to be located. I was then told I’d be connected with a human agent but that has yet to happen. I have proof that I placed an order. At this point, I’d like my money back, the bracelet isn’t even worth all of this. My order number is once again, #3975502. Please resolve this issue.
