Facebook did not get facebook credits via bank transfer

I have sent many many letters (10 in total) asking for credit support, but I'm not getting a reply! WHY! Is Facebook Credit center is trying to eat my money? It has been 13 days since I have bank transferred the money to Facebook (Global Collector BV in Royal Bank Canada), and I am not getting my credits!What is happening!? Facebook told me to contacted Live Gamer too, and it has been more than 5 days without reply from Live Gamer! I cannot believe Facebook--such a big company would be a fraudulent organization!They do not reply or give me a phone number or the right place to contact. I am very unhappy with Facebook bullying customers.
I am one angry customer, and this bank transfer thing is driving me crazy, and is affecting my life style and my health too much, my doctor said I need to relax more or I might get a heart attack . I need support because I spent money and the money was being deducted to buy Facebook credits, but I don't know if something went wrong I've not got my credits and its been 2 weeks, Facebook Credits supports center is not replying my emails and refusing to help me. I am thinking Facebook might be offering untruthful payments and making us make payments to Facebook!

This is my first time paying through the Bank Transfer method, and I am extremely worried! I just want to know if the transaction will really get through?
Should I wait another day or two? It is way past the expecting due date!
I have checked my bank account, and the money was deducted too.
How do I know if the transaction went through, or if my money was just given away to Facebook?
I don't know how long I should wait it, or when I should ask for assistance to refund the money?
I NEED HELP?

Looked into my bank statement today and discovered that a company called Facebook Credits was charging my card for the past 3 months totaling $310. Too bad I didn’t notice those charges earlier and now it was too late to get help from my bank in canceling those charges. It was useless to contact this company for refund as well because they decided it would be great to just ignore me.

went to the store was told i did not have enough money on my card embaressed and holding up a line i got home called the bank they told me i had a pending charge for facebook credits for 50 dollars made today i wasen't even on my computer today and i am on disabilit not likely to make a charge that large please cancel this pending charge and i will never use facebook credits again of all people i thought i was safe using facebook credits for small purchaces guess not.

my name is wendy kirby morse. this morning 4/11/2017 i was trying to buy $5.00 dollars of face book credits and bysome way i also purchased $95.00 facebook credits.. this was not what i was wanting to do... i need my 95.00 dollar transaction cancled and the money refunded to my bank accout as soon as possible, cause this charge of $95.00 was not what i was ordering and will cause me to overdraft at my bank.. i can b reached at [protected].. please fix this quickly as possible... today i tried to buy Facebook credits for $5 with my bank card and Facebook declined it. so i tried to do it again 3 more times, but i still got declined. i called my bank to try to find out what the issue was and they told me that i was able to purchase Facebook credits. they don't even know why it wouldn't let me purchase credits. please contact me at [protected]

I was charged for facebook credits at 50 dollars but did not recieve the credits, this is not the first or second time this has happened, it reported the charge as failed, but it did not fail.

Facebook unauthorized credit card charges

There is an unauthorized charge to my credit card in the name of Facebook.com Q2WD322SN. There is even a reference number: 76011008J01VKH06Q for the amount of $49.90. I have never given out this credit card # on line; I use a green dot card for this reason. I want my money back on the card ASAP as I am on a fixed income and cannot pay it, therefore I would NEVER authorize it.

Facebook continues false charges to my bank account for $5.00 every weeek

even after several emails to company I continue to be charged a weekly fee of $5 for something I didn't ask for or order and do not want or can afford.

put a stop payment on facebook authorizations at your bank, i had to do that with a company i dealt with that still was taking money out of my account when i was no longer receiving the service

Facebook stolen money

I have been having money taken out of my account for what I have no idea, But want it put back in my account by midnight tonight 11-26-2011. If it is not back in my account then I am going to charge you guys with fraud and the bank will take care of the charges being brought against you people . this a is not the first time this has happened . I changed my bank account number less than a month ago and you people took out over 300.00 then. I am getting the total balance clear back to 3 months ago and will have you fix that problem also. Like I said fix it or be charged with fraud. I thought face book was to keep in contact with friends and to have fun on guess not anymore, What are you guys hooked up with our wonderfull government ( Screw the people out of their money) I bet that your new logo Isn't it?

Give me back what is mine!

I have had money taken out of my bank account that i did not Authorize on 5-29-12 in the amount of $139.30 for what I have no idea, But want it put back in my account by 6-21-12. If it is not back in my account as of 12 midnight on 6-21-12 I am going to pursue Legal action!
I have already talked with the bank they gave me this # to call [protected] and it doesn't take phone calls. then the web sight brought me hear. hopefully this will be resolved in a timely manner thank you.

Facebook fraudulent debit card charges

Check Card: FACEBOOK.COM*WMQE32237 www.fb.me/cc CA Check Card: FACEBOOK.COM*GLPE32237 www.fb.me/cc CA both nailed me for over $300.00 in bogus charges. I have NEVER used my debit card on Facebook or their advertisers for any reason. I deactivated my Facebook account over six months ago. In order for me to file an on-line complaint with Facebook - I had to reactivate the account, file the complaint, then deactivate it again. Forget about talking to customer service there. You get a recording telling you to communicate with them on-line ONLY. The charges occurred Oct. 3rd and I have yet to hear back from Facebook. I filed paperwork with my bank contesting the charges. I have also filed a police report for good measure. We will see what happens.

When i post a feed for something i need to help me build people are clicking on my posts and sending me them but i am not actually receiving them! For example for the coliseum i have been waiting for 4 days to complete it, i have sent out many request for a spartan helmet as i only needed 1 more, about 20 people have sent me that 1 yet it says i still need 1 more?

I purchased city dollars today. I got 465 city bucks for $25.00. I then purchased 3 expansion which the game indicated was $35.00. I now have 50 city bucks left. So it ended up costing me $415 city bucks for 3 expansions. of course I can't get ahold of anyone to complain or get an explanation for this. Does anyone know what happened to my city bucks?

I think everyone has the same problem as Helen. I completed the candy shop for Halloween months ago and still do not have credit for completing the task. I currently do not get credit for harvesting rice. My little cars disappear right when I click on them, often leaving no coins or car part. If I use energy from my inventory, then my page freezes and they reset everything back to where it was last saved, I do not get my energy back. I have just about had it with this darn game. fix it!

Facebook false charge

My husband received credit card bill and found several transactions to facebook. My husband doesn't have a facebook account, and i never purchase anything through facebook. We were on vacation on the day the transactions took place, the credit card was in his wallet so if wasn't our children. We think that it was someone at one of the places we made reservations,. My husband called the credit card company who gave us a number to facebook. Which he called and got recording to go on a web site which wasn't working. Surely there is someway that facebook could trace who made these purchases.

Facebook froze my account my daughter set up fopr me. They said I was hacked. She put in wrong Birth date and I can not get logged into it again. I've tried emails to facebook to no avail. You CAN NOT get in touch with them. I created new account and want the one they froze closed.

Facebook eroneous charges

This has just happend to me this morning.. I checked my account and was charged over a hundred dollers for some # I have never heard of.. And I have been reading all kinds of blogs about the same thing happening to people everywhere over the last few months.. We all need to get on the same bog page and file a god damn lawsuite against them!

Same thing here but I don’t even have a face book someone charged my debit card for 51.84 dollars I called my bank and they said I purchased something from Facebook I told them I don’t even own a Facebook they canceled my card and sending me a new one if this happens again I am definitely going to a lawyer and seeing what I can do about these fraudulent charges and how they help they got my debit card information!

i have had four charges to my debit card that i filed a fraud charge for with my bank. two $54+, one $27 and one $162+. needless to say most people, including myself, cannot afford for these kinds of payments to be taken from their accounts. due to this, my debit card has been cancelled and it will be two weeks before i receive my new one, had to go to the bank (which is in a neighboring town) to file the paperwork and am extremely upset by this situation. looks to me like this is a very serious situation for many people. hope everyone gets their accounts fixed and whoever or whatever is creating this situation is taken care of. i do like my facebook account to keep in touch with friends, play games and keep up with my community. would hate to have to close my account completely.

The same thing happened to me too. There were 8 separate charges, each in the amount of $10.10. I disputed the charges with my bank, but there's no way to contact FB to find out what has happened. I never bought anything from Face Book and they should not have my CC information.

I just got my bank statement today, and I was dumbfounded when I read of a withdrawal that I had NO KNOWLEDGE of, and MY BANK OF AMERICA paid it to, Facebook.Com*lpap322ss www.fb.me/cc CA at the tune of $50.00 for 100 energy refill... What ever that is? I would like to know how they got my debit card #? I did not order this.. Never have I ordered anything FROM FACEBOOK. I was shocked when i checked my account WWW.FB.ME/CCFACEBOOK.COM have acess illegally to my debit
mastercard without my authority or my knowledge on 10th December this year, bill my card 128.91€, 42.98€ on 13rd December, twiice 17.19€ on the same day, then twiice 17.31€ the next day 14th December. I am LIVID I was not able to pay for my car insurance and reregister my car. when I went to the DMV I was just going to pay and My card was denied! WTH! Does anyone have any updates on this? As I look now I have a bunch of charges from facebook, mostly $1 here and $3 there. STRANGE ! I do not have any receipt in email. When I look in my account page on facebook. There is not record that I have ever bought anything from Facebook.

I also noticed double charges on Facebook for Candy Crush tokens. FaceBook blew me off and said they combined charges... They closed my complaint without talking ot me. Well that is baloney. I am going to contact the Attorney General. Those people are getting too big for their britches.

I also have been scammed by Facebook I was charged $100.00 for 250 Farm Ville $ when it should only been $39.99 charge I have contacted you several times but no reply
even though you say on your phone message that you will let me know why within the next day.
Well it has been a week and no answer yet. No wonder we get upset with Face book May you need to hire more people that know what they are doing.

Facebook charges to credit card

I purchased a $20.00 Farmville Zynga games card and was entering it into the computer to receive my Farmville cash and the had one of my credit cards all the information needed to charge something. I did not check the place where it says to apply to a credit card I checked "other" to use the game card I had purchased even entered the pin number but they charged it to my credit card which was not authorized to be used let alone kept on file. I had no idea that information was in a file. I DO NOT leave credit info with any company. I give it out each time. I need you to call my bank Kern Schools Federal Credit Union at [protected] and have them reverse the charges and contact me at [protected] for the Game Card Pin Number. This needs to be done yesterday (immediately Please) I would appreciate you assistance and cooperation with this matter. Sincerely Laurie J. Hardin

Facebook Scammed Designer

A story about customers who bully and try to put you down. Then take your money and run.

I'm going to have to tell a story of a lying cheat cyber bully who is out to ruin the reputation of a quality graphic artist. In this report you're going to find out the true hatred that inside this human being and if you keep supplying him with money or having him take money from people, it's only going to become worste. We need to stop cyber bullies in their tracks.

A few weeks ago, Louis purchased his first logo design from for a cleaning business. It was for a client of his. However he said that it was for himself, but I found out otherwise when I had to stand up and fight.

He loved it. It was basically perfect on the first try and the next logo came in. We charged him a lower price for being a repeat client, to show him that I am not only a fair business man, but I really thought his business couldn't use the name because he didn't research before buying the logo. He told me only the business name for the logo and told me to be creative. I did come up with a few samples a few days late but as a repeat client I was hoping he would understand that I couldn't perform my duties when I was sick. He could have asked for a refund at any point but he did not and he waited for the logo. My website states there are no refunds once the graphic has been sent. Anytime before that, they may get their money back. We work until the client is happy. I delivered the samples to this client and when he saw them, he emailed me with the sickest thing I have ever read.

I did some research and I found out that this is my competition, he was reselling my artwork at a much higher price and his client didn't like it, so he went off on me. Now being competitive is one thing, but to go as low as to do something like this. It's not right and alot of us graphic designers get treated like crap, especially by other designers. We are people too. We are real artists. We are NOT clipart designers like most are.

A Week later he files a chargeback. This is what I have to say to those people who are ripping off hard working americans. We're not going to take it anymore! We have united and we will do everything in our power to stop these cyber bullies and scam artists from taking money from us! This is how we eat and survive.

This posting is completly false and should be removed. In no way shape or form did I as a person ever make such hateful comments. This post is nothing more than a novice graphic designer who his upset and mad that a client called him out for being late (2 weeks) and providing faulty work.

Facebook severe technical issues

There has been so many technical issues, my 3 Zynga Games via Facebook has been effectively shut down. All of a sudden, all 3 games started to play/act like "Promotional Games". Zynga has tried to blame my internet Browser/computer. I am not the only one! But have decided to complain.

a. Frontier: after it has been moved over to "Pioneer Trail", there is a new pop-up. It cannot be elimitated, and takes up 95% of the screen. If one ignores the pop-up, one can play in the 1 1/2 inch border around the screen!
Before that, many a problems during the last 2 weeks approx.
b. Farmville: I can no longer access this game from Facebook! A friend of mine was trying to help me out, and suggested I see if the problems occur at Zynga's New Sight www.farmville.com... Since I was in there "once" with no issues at all, it is now not possible to obtain my game from Facebook.
c. Cafe World: Can't send gifts or requests to my neighbors. The game very very frequently freezes up! Effectively other than cooking, redecorating: can't do anything. Visiting Neighbors possible, but will more frequently freeze the computer.

Within 4 days I have effectively lost all of my main games! Isn't Zynga on a contract and things haven't worked out "yet"?

since it is not EVERYONE that has the issue, it has to be something with compatibility or the like. my girlfriend plays frontier/oregon trail on a daily basis. never had an issue.

Facebook unauthorized purchase

I want to talk to a person. I don't know how to do all of these things you want me to fill. out. I did not authorize $219.00 to be taken off my card and purchase facebook credits. I woke up and there facebook credits on my computer. I called my credit card because this happened before and sure enough my credit card was wiped clean by facebook. I am so upset. My credit card information needs to be taken off your facebook credit purchasing system. I need my money back immediately. This is all the money I have and I have buy school clothes. It was a horrible mistake or something ... I am begging you to please give me my money back and you can have have your facebook credits back. I don't want or need them. i have tried 3 times to send this complaint only to get a database 2error message each time i will try this one more time then i am going to call the BBB and in the am call the bank and report my card stolen i only make $200.00 a week at my job and you idiots just charged my debit card $200.00 on 5/19/13 which overdrafted my acct and charged me a $32.00 fee then again on 5/20/13 that took my money . I have never spent more than $10.00 at a time on facebook in my life I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW CALL ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

Facebook Treatment twards a customer

This man, Big Lee had a rv for sale on craig's list, he also owns a towing buisness, which the building, and his trucks all are painted with purle and gold, LSU. During the couple of days doing buisness with him, he acted totaly rude and obnoxious, he used curse words, the f word repeately, and talked about how he goes out in his underwear, and waved his underwear in front of my face! I got into a heated argument with him on how he is acting twards a customer, and I told him this is a good way on loosing customers. He told me he doesn't care! He also told me to shut-up, and called me stupid! He also said he is, or was a Deputy Sheriff! The only reason I continued to buy the rv, because I really wanted it, and I couldn't get this for a low price! I will never ever do buisness with this man again!
