I canceled my FFF boxes for this year! The reps are refusing to give me a full refund for my four boxes with premium added even though I canceled in March! I’ve been charged $267.30 and they continued to send me a box! They sent me the fall box without premium service 5 months after I canceled! They know I canceled and some idiot thinks I was only canceling premium service. That is ridiculous! I was charged the end of April and I canceled at least one month before! The person that is texting me wants to prorate all 4 boxes! Three of which I haven’t gotten! Why don’t you allow your customers to cancel? I was a member for 4 years! If this isn’t resolved I’m going to send a complaint to the BBB if I am not refunded the entire amount of $267.30. The only offer I was given was $157.00, which is ridiculous! Claimed loss: $267.30 was charged to my credit card on or about April 29th and I canceled at least one month before the charge!
