i ordered sumthing from this site and i never got it. i emailed them a bunch of times but they never got back to me. i think this site is a scam so watch out.

I ordered from Extreem Tactical and they made a shipment, but it never got shipped out. The USPS website says it's still pending, but it's been like that for ages. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over a month now, but they won't pick up the phone or reply to my emails.

Ordered a part in June. Tried to contact them a bunch of times but no response. Their website says my item shipped and they even emailed me a tracking # but it never updated on the USPS website. Place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Customer service is terrible, no one answers the phone. I ordered a Burris RT6 for $260 during their 20% July 4th Sale. It took a few months before I tried to get a refund. I thought I would be patient, but I still haven't received my money back. I had to get involved with other means to get my refund. Paypal wasn't much help either because it was for a Burris RT6, which is a super evil sniper scope. They kept giving me excuses about delays and saying it would go out next week, but it never did. I just want to warn others about this. Extreem Tactical is not a good company. They make Botach/Cheaper Than Dirt look like they cured cancer. They make Optic's Planet look like Amazon Prime when it comes to shipping times.

This business is the worst ever! I ordered a Romeo5 red dot scope and it never updated. I still haven't received it. I followed their instructions, what a joke! They said they mailed out another one, but still no tracking number for the "new" one they said was sent. I asked for my money back, but no such thing! They are the biggest thieves I've had to deal with! My next step is to get a lawyer friend to see if he can get something moving with them. Stay away from these thieves! Lesson definitely learned. They are just simple common thieves that the US Attorney General needs to investigate for Internet Fraud! I can see why they don't subscribe to the ComplaintsBoard.com!

Extreem Tactical ain't got no customer service. I been tryin' to get in touch with 'em for weeks now, but ain't nobody pickin' up the phone or answerin' my emails or messages on their website. Ain't got nothin' from 'em yet, and I don't wanna deal with 'em no more. I want all my money back and all my orders cancelled.

I ordered something from Extreem Tactical on Jul *** 2021, and I still haven't gotten it. I tried emailing them to cancel or fix the problem, but they haven't responded. I want my money back and my order.

Me and my buddies bought some stuff from Extreem Tactical and it's been like 2 months and we still ain't got nothin'. I done sent a bunch of emails and called 'em up but ain't nobody ever got back to me. Turns out, there's a whole bunch of folks gettin' scammed by these guys. Y'all need to do somethin' 'bout this and shut 'em down.

So I got somethin' from Extreem Tactical and they said they sent me this "TacFire AR-15/AR-10 Single Stage Adjustable Drop In Trigger 3.5 - 6.5lb Flat Trigger Steel Construction Black Finish" thing, but it wasn't in the package. This thing cost me 88.89 bucks and I've been tryin' to get in touch with 'em every day but they ain't answerin' my calls or emails. This ain't my money, it's from a client who trusted me to get this part and now I gotta deal with the fact that this company messed me up. I want my money back or I want the part I ordered right now!

I bought something from ExtreemTactical.com on *** and it said it was in stock. But now it's been almost *** and my order still says "awaiting shipment." I tried to contact them a bunch of times through their website and email and phone but they haven't answered me. I just want my money back since they didn't send me anything. I looked online and it seems like other people have had problems with them too. They took my money fast but won't give me my stuff or my money back or even talk to me.

I ordered sumthin from ExtreemTactical.com on 5/27 and it said it was in stock. Got an email sayin it was waitin to be shipped. I tried to contact them but no answer. Finally got ahold of someone on 6/15 and they said they don't ship to where I live and I'll get a refund in 10 days. It's 7/24 and still no refund. I looked online and they seem to be shady. They took my money but didn't send my stuff. I want my $209.95 back.

I ordered sum stuff from Extreem Tactical on June 7th, spent $167 on 4 things. They sent me the shipment a few weeks later but they forgot one thing that was worth $30. I told them about it on June 18th and they asked me for a picture of the shipping label. They said the item was backordered but they didn't say that when I ordered it. They said I could wait or get a refund. I said I wanted a refund if it was gonna take more than a month. They didn't answer me after that, even when I asked them again on July 1st, July 12th, and today July 22nd. I just want my money back for the thing they didn't send me.

I order from Extreem Tactical on December 5. I got Sig Sauer Grip Module P320 9/40 Carry Small in Coyote (Qty.: 1) for $33.25. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days to ship because they have a lot of orders. I asked about my order on December 10, and they said it was shipped. They gave me a USPS tracking number. I asked again on December 13, and they said it would be shipped on December 15. It's been 57 days, and I still don't have my order. I asked again, but they didn't answer. I asked USPS to find it on December 23, but they haven't found it yet. I want a refund, please.

I want my money back from Extreem Tactical. They said they gave me two refunds on January 31 for $91.90 and February 4 for $45.95. They said it would take 7-10 days to process, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I checked with my bank and they haven't seen any refunds from Extreem Tactical. I've tried emailing and leaving messages, but they haven't responded or given me any proof of the refunds. I'm worried I won't get my money back. I only use this card for online shopping and I've never had problems with refunds from other sites like Ebay, Amazon, or PayPal. Can you help me get my $91.90 and $45.95 back? I have bank records, payment invoices, and email confirmations that they said they refunded me. Let me know if you need anything else.

No contact since order has been lost in transit for over a month. Made an order on 23-Dec-20 as of 10-Jan-21 the product was shipped Jan 6th 2021 and there's been no movement since the 10th of January. Made numerous attempts to contact but they only responded to one where they said they needed to confirm the product is lost and nothing since, despite reaching out regularly.

Ordered 4 items from this company and only rceived 2 with them claiming the other 2 were on back order.Now they are advertising the same items at a lot higher prices and they are in stock on their web site.It has been 33 days from the date of purchase and still no response except that I was supposed to receive these items within 1-2 weeks from delivery of the two items they sent. Placed 2 orders, one on Aug12 and second on Aug 22. First order still not here 2nd order is in PR. Was told I had to deal with post office. On august 12 I purchased an item. This item was shipped until the 17th. Item stayed at post office until September 1st. Still hasn't arrived. Second purchase was done on August 26. This item is not being delivered somewhere in Puerto Rico. I live in Connecticut. I was told I had to call the post office and deal with it because it's not In their control. I requested refunds for both Items and was refused.

Without notice, Extreem Tactical cancelled part of my order that was delayed and they are now refusing to return the *** of that order. On October 19th, I made a purchase on Extreem Tactical's website (Order # XXXXX) for a total of *** for three items. On October 28th, only one of the three items is delivered to me. I complained via email since they have never answered any phone calls of mine nor have they returned any of my voicemails. I got a reply the next day. After a few more back and forths with the unnamed customer service representative, I was told that the item that is the focus of this complaint would ship out early next week. Over a week later, I check the order status on Extreem Tactical's website and I see that the only item to not ship out has now been cancelled without any notification to me. The item cost was *** and was listed on their site as the *** XXXXX *** Out the Front Automatic Tanto Blade Partially Serrated Black Finish Aluminum Frame - Matte Grey". Basically, it is a pocket knife. I then call, leave a voicemail, and then email them about how I haven't been refunded for the cancelled item. The reply back via email saying... "Hi, We do not have your money. If the order was cancelled and the funds were released. If your account has not been refunded, please contact your financial institution." So, I then called my bank after reviewing all of the recent activity on the debit card that I used to make the purchase and they confirmed that I was never refunded any dollar amount from them nor was I ever refunded the *** from any other entity. I emailed them back saying so and that I checked with my bank. At this point, they have ignored all of my emails.
