Extended Stay America review: What a hateful place to stay

Where do I start? Employees complain and talk about each other like dogs so I assume the employees talk about any guest complaints as well and no attempt to resolve anything but complain back. You have to beg to have your room cleaned and I actually ended up cleaning my own room and got absolutely no Thank You from any of the staff! All I got was" Oh I thought about coming in to work to help out" OMG! Some of the employees stand behind the desk looking pretty and clean all day and all the others moan and groan every single time I pass the lobby. It gets so OLD! Don't like your job! QUIT! Meal breaks are 3 times in one shift for them. They order food in for all 3 and are always stuffing their faces. Smoke breaks are every few minutes for them also. Some areas of the hotel still have not been hit or cleaned in over a month.Do yourself a favor and find different accommodations. For the price you will pay you won't get nothing.. not even breakfast because they stopped ordering what little they did offer. Down to just crappy coffee while the princesses at the desk eat high on the hog with ordered in food in front of the guests! Wish I got paid to complain about all of this like they do every day! And what right do they have to tell another co worker what to do when they haven't done crap since I walked in the door.
