Extended Stay America review: Happy with accomodations

A family member is staying at the Extended Stay America in Manchester, CT. His stay has been very good. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is handicap accessible and spacious and most definitely attending to his needs. The staff at this location, from the Manager, Mariana, to the desk associates, Sasha and Cynthia, are helpful and knowledgeable. Cynthia has gone out of her way to help with issues in the room and with the key cards and always has a smile for you! It's located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and gas stations. I would recommend this location for a short or extended stay. We feel welcome here!
