This location is abysmal! Corporate knows but doesnt seem to care:
My opinion and fact...We regret that your stay in Room 127 did not meet your expectations. We apologise for the concerns regarding cleanliness, mold, the bathroom, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, cabinetry, and bed condition, as well as the discrepancy regarding the room amenities shown in the photos. Your detailed feedback has been shared with our management team for thorough review and follow-up.
