I reserved a 14 day stay through booking.com upon check in I asked for all charges to be applied to my bill so I could pay at once to avoid having to return to front desk. I stated that I have a service animal and wanted to make sure the company was pet friendly. After being in the hotel for a number of days the front desk manager came to my room to tell me that I owe pet fees when I previously asked about any additional charges. On 3/17/26 the manger called the Gwinnett County police and stated that she wanted me and my companion to be removed from the property due to pet fees that I wasn't told about during check in and to be banned I am going to contact an attorney to sue about this matter booking#[protected]
