Extended Stay America review: Being kicked out for no reason

I have complaint several I had rented a room for my son he been there 3 weeks . He loved being there, he had a service since I booked the room was suppose to be for a queen instead I gut a full bed. Room was filthy so we cleaned. Manager was upset , because a friend came to visit and her truck broke down so her boyfriend came to try to fix, manager was going to kick me out because of this. I did not know the rules because had no ink for the rules to be printed it was very light could see anything, and other upset that I did provide her with a letter about my service. She was very un profesional, when she see me just dogging me. No reason for not renting anymore to my son just she didn’t want to anymore.
