King of Prussia PA Extended Stay America is Across from an Escape Room. They are constantly in the ceilings and phone satellite. Been here for more than a month. Changed room three times. Refund and free night for waiting over 30 minutes.

On nov 3 I was charged 535.00 manager said I was late in my weekly payments. I was not and have bank statements as proof. Between nov 1 - nov 12 I paid over 800.00 the latest on nov 12 for 208.00 which I knew nothing about. I want that money back in my account plus a 32.00 overdraft charge. I gave manager dates and payment amounts twice. I thought we were ok when I left. I never have gotten a print out of my payments. I need that for my attorney. I have accounting degree and 25 years experience. I know when something is not right. This is my third complain on same subject I want something done now

At the beginning of nov 2020 I was informed I was behind in my payments. I asked for a printout did not get I went to my bank statement and found all my payments. Gave copy to the manager, james, twice. When I was done talking with him I felt I was paid up thru the 17th of nov. I had been there 5 months with no special rate as promised. Then in checking my current bank account I find they used my card with no permission and charged me 208.00 what is that for. I can send a copy of bank statement to you. Also 2 payments my sister made they charged her $350.00 on sept 1 no reason given. The other payment was made in october. I will get date it was for 294+change. I want the 208.00 returned to my account today. Plus ah32.00 overdraft charge. A call also wouldbe nice [protected].

I have proof of my paying weekly. Months in question sept, oct, nov. I have bank statements to prove this. They also tool 208.00+ out without my permission while account was in dispute. I was givén no specials neven tho promised. Girl said I was coded as 16 whatever that means. I want a solution to where my money went. I also have informed an attorney. He'll be calling soon. Somebody got my payment applied to their account. Where can I send copies of bank info. I need that 208.00+ back immediately plus a 32.00 check fee. The manager received dates of all my payments. I asked for print out three me never got. Fix asap please now I am very angry. Those people are hurting your good name. I want all credits I am due. I was there from may 23-to nov 13 nov alone I paid 800.00 dollars plus my sister paid 350.00 on sept 1 and my weekly payment was 292.00

I can not believe the reviews on this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am a Representative for the Nurses, Contractors and local hospitals in the area and we have received some horrible reports from Nurses and contractors that have stayed at this place. Recently we had a nurse come to us with a report of being robbed at gun point after leaving work one night late. Others have been sent home from work because their clothing smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. When we contracted with this place we were told that it was a smoke free facility. We sent a representative out to the property to speak with the nurses and there was people on the inside of this facility including employees walking around in the middle of a pandemic with no masks on. People had babies and children inside this place and the rooms were not properly cleaned by staff. It is disgusting the respect that this place has for medical staff that came to the state to assist with coronavirus. There is also other drug use and prostitution going on inside this facility. A contractor staying on the first floor reported to the local hospital that guest were smoking crack in this hotel and that she witnessed drug deals on the outside of the property. Also management is horrible there they don't care and talk to the guest any kind of way if they complain. This place is not safe for nurses/contractors to be staying someone bought a gun into this facility and assaulted one of the employees. There have been some nurses there that have called and filed complaints and have even called the front desk and the desk clerks don't answer their calls or call the police. From what we were told the police have been on the property over 30 times in one months for noise complaints such as loud music, and one nurse from the third floor stated that there was a Doctor staying under her and they placed her above the individual and told her nasty things about the guest. I understand that guest because if u stay on second floor it is extremely noisy and hard to sleep because they people on third floor are up all night and have people in and out of the rooms. This place has no leadership or management. Whoever the manager is there he needs to be fired because we were told that the prior manager left for the same reason. I am making it known and pray that no nurse or contractor is hurt on this property because this is no where you would want to stay or lay your head or your license. If you need further assistance with housing you may want to contact your recruiter or the facility because they are aware of this. Don't stay at this place!

My reservation#[protected] at the 11827 lackland rd. I was to come in on thursday and stay until tuesday for $266.14 I called from outside st. Louis and asked if I could come a day early and they said yes. When I arrived I was given the bill of $380... I said, it was $120 for the night... No they changed the charges on all my days since I changed the reservation and I had to pay more for each night. I asked for a supervisor, I called their reservation and everyone says that no one can change it and it was becasue I changed my reservation. I would have stay in another hotel for a night if I knew they were going to void the discount the extended stay gave me when I first booked the hotel.
