Extended Stay America

It's sunday 11/15/2020 1015am. The front desk employee here in lake forest ca. At extended stay has just notified me that I need to come to the lobby before 11:00am to sign papers to extend my stay here. I askesd if I could come to the lobby a little after 11:00am! She old me there would be a $10 dollar charge I did not come to the lobby by 11:00am. Is this company policy? Two days prior to this incident I extended my stay. I sign the papers and gave them my credit card for incidentals at 11:40am on thurs. 11/13/2020 nothing was said regarding the $10 fine. I am not one to complain! Its the way she said these things that offended me. I have stayed here many times in the last month and never had an issue. Sincerely, jon henscheid [protected]
