Extended Stay America

I am very disgusted at the general manager over here she is rude she is very unprofessional and quite frankly I don't know how she still works for this company I guess extended stay allows abuse, racism and poor management service I will not give you the amount of time I have been staying here because I would hate for anything to happen to my stuff but i've stayed long enough to say something im tired if watching her take advantage of innocent people and belittling them because they live in a hotel I will continue to spread the word on her behavior in hopes that she gets transfered or fired from here enough is enough its time the guest be treated fairly here.
