Extended Stay America - Denied access of assistance animal humiliated by front desk

I checked in on the 30th late that night

The room was fine. It was comfortable clean, quiet, everything you want in a room at the hotel. I Despite what my family has endured prior to staying I actually, Phil did everything was gonna be OK until the next day when I went down to pay the room for another night, I had my emotional support animal with me Which is a bearded dragon but she’s legally documented. The first thing the lady said to be very ignorantly was that thing cannot stay here you have to go waiting for other customers and people in the hotel go humiliating so embarrassing I I offered her copy of the documentation I had she didn’t even look at it. I know what my rights are regarding emotional support animals and staying in a hotel, that’s already pet friendly and I explained her very nicely I want to speak to a manager Well, she never got me a manager, but she said she was talking to White on the phone and they said the same thing I just couldn’t believe it after everything my family has endured and went through just prior to staying there. I tried calling the corporate office and They were no help at all. He said was being done there’s nothing wrong with and that they specify on their website that they only have cats and dogs but that is not true and I told her show me where it says that she could not show me where it says that I asked her over and over again you’re telling me that I have to leave because my emotional support animal doesn’t fit your specifications and I at told her you can’t specify what type of emotional support animals you allow into your facilities that’s just against the law Well, I was forced to find another place My only sense of comfort to go and live every day in constant fear Because the only place I could stay is another extended stay hotel because of the prices I can’t afford anything else so now I have to live every day I’m comfortable in fear my symptoms are out-of-control at the meet my family just experienced all because Of extended stay America’s negligence

So I wrote two different avenues. I contacted consumer relation to Customer relations to extended stay. And I tried to upload photos, but it wouldn’t let me. I only had a video, but

Desired outcome: I want my emotions for animal for the rest of my stay and I want to be in reimbursed from the day one till now and when I find a place

Extended Stay America - Hotel accommodations - cleanliness - room unsafe

I checked in the front desk was very improper rude and racist spoke to me as I was a problem not a customer - got to room heater does not work it's 34 degrees called front desk 5 hours later still waiting / the room is very dirty no trash bags kitchen dirty trash can filled under cabinets - went to lobby the vending machines are broke there is no store in walking distance freezing starving cleaning out a dirty room - I would like to be compensated

Desired outcome: Free 3 day stay I spent extra money on trash bags food delivery
