Initially we are worried when we read their reviews on other portals

But when we meet them in their office and re clarify about my package we understood the whole concept and process. They presented me again the concept and answering all my confusion.

First trip to Bali was well organized although we had to follow up a bit

about our itinerary. Overall they managed to arrange it accordingly based on our option.

What truly set De Meridian apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. A dedicated representative was available to assist me throughout the trip, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. This level of personalized service went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel valued as a traveler

I also appreciated their focus on sustainable and responsible travel. They demonstrated a genuine concern for the communities and environments they operate in, which aligns perfectly with my values as a conscious traveler.

The excellent lodging options provided by De Meridian are one of its distinguishing qualities. The variety of elegant and conveniently situated hotels and resorts they have in their portfolio pleasantly surprised me. No matter what sort of visitor you are, De Meridian offers it all, whether you're looking for a relaxing seaside vacation or a lively city-center experience.

However, I believe that the communication and information flow could be improved. During my interactions with De Meridian, I encountered delays in response times to my queries and concerns. It would greatly enhance the customer experience if there were faster and more efficient channels of communication, allowing travelers to have their questions addressed promptly, especially when planning important details of their trip.

During the trip itself, every arrangement was seamless. From accommodation to transportation, I was met with top-notch quality and convenience. The carefully selected accommodations were not only comfortable and stylish but also conveniently located, making it easy to navigate the city and access key attractions. The attention to detail extended to the transportation arrangements as well, ensuring that I could make the most of my time without any logistical hassles.

Meridian offers a wide variety of lodgings, which is definitely commendable. Options are available in a variety of setups and designs to suit diverse traveler tastes. I like the variety of options and thought the hotel I stayed at was typically of excellent quality.

I do believe that several parts might be improved, though. Although the loyalty card program claims to offer special perks, I noticed that depending on the a place to stay the scope of these benefits varied greatly. While some homes appeared to provide more complete benefits, others just offered basic perks. A greater level of consistency would be good in order to give every consumer an enjoyable and fair experience.

We bought the package for 18k+++ but they is lead us in all way we knew it only after we wanted to take their services but they cannot provide it. They lied to us that they can booknus hotel services here in uae and around the world. We wanted to book only here in UAE to try but it took us a month but they cannot even book us a hotel anywhere. We wanted a refund but they cannot provide.

Even there customercare is not helpful. All false responses.

Please contact us it you wanted to file a case to them as we wanted to stop there operation to help also others with there lies.

i was charged 10, 000 dirham from my credit from meridian travel agency for the service i have not use. it was on january 2019 in abu dhabi. I was not able to reach the company for so long. they neither respond to my call nor my emials. they took my hard earning money and run away. i would like to bring this matter to the attention to tak action.

This fake company called me and said that I have won free tickets and then gave me tiny golden coin and offered me different packages to register.
I chose the 72 days for 20.000 aed.
I tried to contact them many times but they were giving me vague reply.
I headed to their office which was closed. And there were court documents on sticked on the door
I was shocked to know from the tower guard that they ran away with our mony.
Please help me to get my money back.

Well, same as others i fell into a scam with this travel agency, can anyone advise me with details what shall i do ?

I have taken the travel package of AED 6000 (14 nights) from Meridian Travel & Tourism in 18/09/2019, and nothing utilized till now. They didn't give any bookings till now by saying many reasons and now the website is not working, no contact number. I need my money back.

Since I bought a 5000 dhs. Package in december, I tried to reach them but everything is closed! I think they tricked us and don't know what action to take to get my money back!

They captured me by giving gold coin and false free travel voucher.
They have done fraud of aed 22000 by saying that they will provide international and local travel for 70 days. I can use these 70 days in any time.
After that I sent mail for bookings 3-4 times but I did not get any proper response.
I have not availed single service. They have take our hard earned money.

Please help me to resolve the issue. I am still paying emis.

Fake holiday contract
The company called on my mobile phone saying they have a meeting with cities business personnel, so I joined them in a hotel room. There me and my husband were asked to sit and discuss with them about the holiday packages which if succeeded, we would be given a gift voucher. We were told about different holiday packages and they manipulated us with their holiday contract all around the world. We paid in advance of AED 11, 000/- for 35 days holiday package and received no successful response afterwards. It has been almost 8 months and none of them are in contact. No email replies, no call receive, nothing! It was just a scam!

l has booking holiday package with Meridian Travel agents it was 14 days holiday and l already payed. l am trying to call them but no anyone answer and phones are not working. l hear many people complain for Meriden Travel so can you help me regarding this issue please.

I signed a contract with them in December and tried to book 3 times till February, every time they failed to fulfill the request.. a friend insisted on a reservation and it was done through booking.com!
I filed a complaint with the consumer protection department but unfortunately got rejected saying the company exists and promised to do their best to serve.. and moreover any signed contract should be taken to court not CP.
I'll follow "nasmtl" and file a civil case too..
I encourage others to do the same.
I will include (Ammas taste flour mill) in the case, as their credit card machine was used in my payment, and the shop exists in Hamdan street.

They have renamed the company from meridian travel & tourism to meridian tourism therefore there customer care address is [protected]@meridiantourism.ae

By doing so they are trying to befool government department
when a complaint about them to Abu Dhabi department of economic development there customer care representative replied as follow

"'All our transactions have been suspended until further notice by the company's management due to the difficult economic conditions the company is going through, the current time is COVID-19 due to a pandemic

Meridian Travel and Tourism pledges and is committed to providing all of our services to our valued customers once the pandemic is over

Therefore, we ask your Excellency to cooperate in light of the current economic difficulties

Now the Abu Dhabi Department of economic development has advised me to move to commercial court for further action.

I got registered with Meridian Travel & Tourism in Aug 19 and purchased pacakge of AED 21500 for life time services.

I have not availed a single services which they made promises at the time of selling it.

Now company employees not responding. No body comes to office. Company website is not working.

I want back my hard earned money.

Please help me on this.
