Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Tire rotation and balance

The sales person at Owens Crossroads Al. Seen I had life time rotate and balance on my tires and sated he had to talk to his manager and came back and told me he had taken it off my account and was going to have to charge me. When I got upset he went and brought his manger out and he told me the same thing. He said he had to check the other store where I bought the tires. What right does a sales person have to question my payed for services and cancel them. He must have thought just because I’m old he could do what he wonted and charge me l am not stupid nor do I do business with someone who tries to rip people off. Very upset customer.
