Visiting Express Oil Change on 9/14/26 and received an oil change. Skid plate was removed. Began hearing a scraping dragging noise under my car. Went to a different Express Oil Change location and was told they replaced missing screws on the skid plate. Scraping dragging noise continued so I took my car to the dealership. Spent $82.35 to have my skid plate properly secured to factory specs.

Claimed loss: $82.35 repair vehicle$102.48 transportation to work while without my car

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses related to skid plate not being attached properly after oil change $184.83
