Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Had to pay almost 1000.00 for parts that weren't the cause of the problem, and then another 250.00 for parts that were the problem

6/28-night dropped my car
6/29-waited all day and was told they were shorthanded-had to leave it another day
6/30-was told it was the shocks-1000 for front-told them to fix it
6/30-5:00 called me-they replaced shocks but still making the noise-wanted me to leave it for a 3rd day-i needed it and had to go get it and
they made me pay the 1000.00 when it was still making the noise-
7/3-took my car back because they said they now thought they knew
what it was-had to pay another 250.00
I would like my 977.00 back for shocks that I didnt even need and they
made me pay for.

Claimed loss: I am out 1000.00 for shocks I didnt need

Desired outcome: Refund of the money I spent on parts that I did not need.
