Express Flooring review: Floor is peeling and coming up in my sewing room

I do not have any paperwork from my installation from a year and a half ago. An inspector came and said it would be repaired. No one ever mentioned that I needed to protect the floors from chairs with wheels. I looked to find my paperwork and realized I was never given any. The salesman also never told us we needed to protect the floors from chair legs or chairs with wheels. We would have gladly bought protection if we were told ahead of time. What about the lifetime warranty? As far as I can see I don’t have one. I am very disappointed in my floors. How can I know what to do without the paperwork from my sale.
