Exploria Resorts review: Timeshare

For over a year now, we have been trying to cancel this timeshare and have found no resolution to our problem. We have reached out to the resort, contacted our Attorney General, and now we are sharing information with the expectation that the resort will provide a fair and satisfactory solution. It is unacceptable that we have been paying fees for a timeshare that we can no longer use. We have found it impossible to enjoy any peaceful vacation due to the constant harassment of salespeople trying to push us to buy more. These salespeople are relentless and they have made our experience with your company a nightmare. We have also encountered serious health issues that make traveling difficult and we are not interested in going far from home at this point in our lives. Our fixed income is being eaten away by the cost of this timeshare and it is an enormous burden on us. We are not using the timeshare yet we are still paying the fees. We cannot justify this expense any longer and we need a way to cancel the contract and return ownership to the company. We would like your company to take back the ownership and sell it to someone else.
