Customer Support is CRAP!
Lost account recovery is a joke, I think cs team pick up the ticket and just dump it back in the queue till it resurfaces and do the bare minimum to progress as currently 3 days and still not resolved.
Be interesting to see if David Guo ever goes through the CS Team time logs to see how his money is spent, as I bet his eyes would water on how little time is actually spent working compared to how much he's paying for.
Recommendation: Very good game for people that want to play together, it's not a solo game even if you have a lot of money, so if you want to give it a try find a well organised but friendly run alliance to join. But support is CRAP!
